  • CODEETOPIS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should:

    2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
