At CODEETOPIS, we are committed to delivering high-quality PC components and gaming chairs while ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.
The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must have been purchased directly from CODEETOPIS via our official website.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For quality control and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following items:
Used or damaged products (unless they arrived defective or faulty).
Items missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals.
Software, digital downloads, or licenses.
Gift cards, promotional items, or clearance sale products.
Custom-built or special-order PC components that are assembled upon request.
Return requests made after 14 days from the delivery date.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your item qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email contact@codeetopis.xyz with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with return shipping instructions.
Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and ship it to the return address provided in our confirmation email.
Processing & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a free replacement or exchange. To request an exchange:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
If the item is no longer available, we will offer store credit or a full refund.
5. Refund Processing & Fees
Refunds will be issued only after a quality inspection of the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If the return is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If your payment was made via PayPal, credit card, or other financial institutions, processing times may vary based on your provider’s policies.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, CODEETOPIS will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as CODEETOPIS is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may qualify for a return under our standard policy.
8. International Returns
For international customers, the following conditions apply:
Return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be issued only for the product cost, excluding shipping and customs fees.
International return processing times may vary due to customs clearance delays.
